Head Coach Jeanie Clements has been coaching softball in Western Loudoun since 2021. As a multisport athlete (softball, triathlon, rowing, swimming), she has competed at a national level and understands the discipline and dedication it takes to build strong competitors. She believes that players must be athletic, confident, and enjoy the game in order to be successful. A former utility player, she brings expertise in the fundamentals of athleticism (speed, strength, agility, and flexibility), and believes firmly in continuous learning for players and coaches.

Coach Courtney Oliver grew up playing softball in competitive Western Loudoun County, and has been coaching both of her daughters for more than a decade.

Coach Brian Lloyd helped start the first ever Loudoun Liberty Teams and coached his daughters through high school and guided them into college play. He brings experience and expertise to the staff, and he works one-on-one with our pitchers and catchers.

Coaches Nya and Rayna Lloyd both played for Loudoun Liberty, Loudoun Valley HS, and the University of Mary Washington. They bring expertise in Hitting, Slapping, Pitching, and Outfielding, and consistently work to develop player Game IQ.

Our staff is focused on creating a positive environment where players develop the confidence and technique to be successful in a highly competitive area.
